Obviously you can take a cab from any of the airports, but here are some alternatives from each airport.

Reagan

Take the metro (blue line) directly from the airport to the Foggy Bottom metro stop. It is less than a half mile from the hotel (.38 miles to be exact).

Dulles

From Dulles you can take the Washington Flyer Bus service to the metro system. http://www.washfly.com/coach.html

BWI

I think the station is close to the airport and offers shuttle service.
